SHIPPING
Most of my shipping is by truck or by rail. Each product shipped out is by the most economical way possible to save you money. Warning: Some of the products are very heavy and can be very difficult to handle like my lifts or the Scorpion Stingers.
So here are some suggestions:
* Have the item shipped to a business address, where a forklift (or something
similar) can be used to off-load the equipment. In most cases, we can offer a
free tailgate service which will assist you with offloading certain products.
However, this is not available for the lifts as they are too heavy and too long
for the tailgate to be of any use.
* Have the item shipped to a local freight terminal, in which case the freight
terminal will have the equipment to load the product on your trailer or truck.
Most products can be broken down piece by piece and moved by hand once they are
off the tractor-trailer.
*You can choose to have the product shipped to your residence. However, if the
product you are receiving requires off-loading equipment (i.e. a forklift), the
customer will be responsible for providing it. You will also need to make sure
that the tractor trailer has room to maneuver when it arrives at your residence.
Often times a fee is charged for residential delivery.
* Of course it would be great to have you pick up the purchase at my dock. This
way you can take a stroll though my showroom and you can have a chance to get
acquainted with my staff and your new purchase.
